App refund policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the Gritty Kids app and its subscriptions. How a refund is handled depends on where you bought your plan. The Gritty Kids app is owned by One4Yes, LLC (“One4Yes”, “we”, “us”) and operated under license from Gritty Kids.

This policy covers the app and its digital subscriptions only. Our printed workbooks and books are sold by third-party retailers such as Amazon, and any return or refund for a book is handled by the retailer you bought it from under their own policy.

Purchases on grittykids.com

Payments for plans bought on our website are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and the merchant of record for those purchases. Paddle handles billing, receipts, taxes, and refunds on our behalf.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund it to your original payment method. This applies to the first charge of a monthly or yearly plan and to the lifetime purchase.

To request a refund, email app@grittykids.com with the email address you used at checkout or your Paddle order number, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. You can also contact Paddle directly through the help link on your receipt.

Subscriptions and renewals

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable, but we do not want anyone paying for something they did not mean to keep. If a renewal took you by surprise, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will do our best to make it right.

Purchases through the App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore

If you subscribed or purchased inside the app on an iPhone, iPad, Android device, or Amazon Fire tablet, the store you bought it from (Apple, Google, or Amazon) processed the payment and handles refunds under its own policy. We are not able to issue those refunds directly.

For an App Store purchase, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a Google Play purchase, use the Google Play refund process in your Google account. For an Amazon Appstore purchase, contact Amazon customer service. You can manage or cancel a store subscription in the Subscriptions area of your Apple ID, Google account, or Amazon account at any time.

Free trial

The app includes a free trial so you can explore everything before you decide. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
